Your Excellency, the President of the Republic، Marshal / Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi

Greetings

Proceeding from the reality of religious, national and moral responsibility towards the Yemeni people, who have suffered a lot due to chronic corruption which is evident today in a various aspect of life. This is reflected in a great popular protest in various provinces in the republic to reject the decision of the new fuel price(AKA the dose), and demanding a change in the government and the implementation of the outcomes of the NDC

We certainly realize that what brought the country to a dead end and led to the making of hard choices, is the violation of the national dialogue outcomes, in which it stipulates a national partnership. Also the intentionally exclusion and marginalisation by the government to anyone who doesn’t express its narrow partisan orientation, the fabricating of sectarian wars here and there which is funded of the State Treasury، wasting resources, opening the way for the powerful and corrupt to rob public money and granting them facilities and large exemptions

The need to take difficult economic decisions which effect the people, is the result of a political failure in the management of the country by the government. This government was built on the basis of quotas and sharing not only in top positions of the state, but also in all executive agencies and in various bodies. The government bear full responsibility for the economical, political and security failure

We are keen to reach a fair solutions in response to the popular revolutionary escalation and to close the way in front of those seeking to damage our homeland, who do not care about the people’s interest or the building of the state. It’s Our commitment to provide more than one solution to our brothers of the government delegation who has visited us. Through extensive discussion we decided to offer you a message explaining to you our vision for solutions that is advisable to take and it will not affect the national economy and the government’s stand. It will lay the foundation for a new pact of National Partnership where all people of the nation bear responsibility alongside the country’s leadership

We would like to make it clear that providing our vision is coming from our great concern for the nation. It’s a fraternal advice to His Excellency the President of the Republic who should not bear the errors and the consequences of this corrupt government. We will work together to find a compromise formula to get out of the current crisis

We offer to your Excellency this vision

First: the Fuel price AKA the dose

A- Reconsider the decision on the fuel price(AKA the dose) and to respond to the popular demands

B- To take immediate decisions to close all known sources sources corruption and to have an agreement on the package of these decisions

C- To form an economic committee of experts and specialists economists in the country(that all agreed on) to look into the economic situation, the state’s resources, spending, to find out the imbalances which is the result of corruption and to put the necessary treatment and proposals

Second: the government

A- To issue the decision to dismiss the current government and to form a government of efficiencies that embodies a national partnership and to have consensus on its program. This government to be formed within two weeks from the date of dismissal

B- To select an independent prime minister who’s known for his efficiency and integrity. To have a compatible consensus on the choice of the rest of the Cabinet

C-Achieve a true national partnership in all state and government bodies and institutions as stipulated in the outcomes of the NDC

Third: Partnership in the political decision-making

Forth: To reconsider the decision establishing the national body that follow-up, control and supervision over the implementation of the NDC outcomes and the work of the committee drafting the constitution to approve the final draft، Ensuring identifying abuses and violations of what has been agreed upon in the NDC and to enable the national body to play its role

Fifth: Compel the official media organisations to conduct a policy of consensus, reject exclusion, refrain from inciting sectarian and ethnic conflicts and commitment to the principle of neutrality in dealing with political disputes in accordance with the outcomes of the NDC

Sixth: Consensus on the operational mechanism detailed and timed to implement clauses described above

Seventh: After the agreement on the above clauses, the declaration of the resolution related to the fuel price increase (AKA the dose), the dismissal of the current government and the agreement on the formation of the new government. As first step we will lift the existing camps at the capital entrances

When the new government is formed according to what was agreed upon, the newly created camps within the capital will be lifted. When embarking on the implementation of the rest of the clauses, the Revolutionary escalation will be stopped

Finally, We emphasize that this vision which we provided, is from our commitment to the security, stability and interests of our country, in order not to give the opportunity to those seeking to damage our homeland and those who live from the groans and moan of Yemenis

Please note that a courageous decisions of your Excellency would be in the interest of the people and the Yemeni people will highly appreciate these positive steps
