Dozens died and injured during a stampede over distribution of Ramadan aid in the Yemeni capital

8 people died and dozens were injured during a stampede over distribution of Ramadan aid inside a school in the Yemeni capital Sanaa, which is under the control of the Houthi militia. Local sources told Khabar Agency.

The injured were taken to Al-Thawra Hospital in Sanaa for treatment, and the number of deaths is expected to rise.

The sources held the Houthis responsible for the incident, as they gathered thousands in a building and refused to organize the large crowds and distribute aid, which caused the stampede that led to this tragedy.
